Returns and refunds policy

Thanks for shopping at
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help

Returns:   Our returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the same condition you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returning combination purchases or multi-buys
If the item(s) you want to return was bought as part of a combination purchase (e.g. a pack of 2) or a multi-buy offer (e.g. 3 items for €20), then you must return all the items that were part of the offer.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund claim. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorise your payment provider to release the money back into your account. How long your payment provider takes to release the money will depend on their own terms and conditions. Purchases made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Damage goods

If any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Assist Team within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Cancelling my order

Customers from within the European Union (EU) have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations. Although it’s legally called a ‘cancellation’ right, you’ll still receive your order and then you’ll need to return it.

If you wish to return products by post, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage.
Please include the original packaging with your return.
Make sure your returns are securely packaged so they don’t get damaged in transit. They’ve got a lot of travelling to do.
Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

Repair of faulty goods

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time frame. You may be provided with an indicative repair time. These times may vary due to reasons beyond both our control and the repairer’s, i.e. part availability or incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or carriage fees if goods are determined to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2007 or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee; this fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control. In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
