Returns: Our returns policy doesn’t affect
your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the same condition
you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returning combination purchases or
If the item(s) you want to return was bought as part of a combination purchase
(e.g. a pack of 2) or a multi-buy offer (e.g. 3 items for €20), then you must
return all the items that were part of the offer.
we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund
claim. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from when we receive
your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorise your payment provider to
release the money back into your account. How long your payment provider takes
to release the money will depend on their own terms and conditions. Purchases
made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Assist Team
within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition
received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Cancelling my order
from within the European Union (EU) have a legal right to cancel within 14
days, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations. Although it’s legally called a
‘cancellation’ right, you’ll still receive your order and then you’ll need to

may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being
repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
